Website design and launch
The $350 one-time Website Design & Launch service covers the custom design, build, and launch work described on the pricing page. Final scope, content responsibilities, timeline, and any work outside that scope will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Monthly care plan
The $150 Monthly Care Plan is required to keep your website live after launch. It includes hosting, unlimited updates and revisions, seasonal changes, content and photo updates, monitoring, and fixes. Unlimited revisions and updates are available once both the Website Design & Launch and the Monthly Care Plan have been purchased. You may cancel the care plan at any time.
Hosting and domains
Hosting is included with the Monthly Care Plan. Domain setup and connection are included in the $350 build. Domain registration and renewal pricing depends on the domain you choose and the domain provider.
Ownership and cancellation
The website is built, hosted, and maintained within the CoTay Studio environment and is not transferable to another host or provider. Your own content, branding, and domain remain yours. If you cancel the Monthly Care Plan or a payment fails, the site enters a three-day grace period and is then no longer live.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.
